What is the best book for building a motorcycle?

3

I have a frame, and advanced mechanical knowledge, but I am lacking in the specialized knowledge related to motorcycles. I am looking for a book to fill in the missing pieces. Everything from the absolute basics of motorcycle design to advanced/ specialized information for building a bike from the ground up. Answers containing multiple books, or series of books are fine.

I second Jasen Harris.
The internet and Google is the answer to your question.
I asked Google "Motorcycle building books."
See link below.
Being resourceful is the key to a better life. Learning how to use the internet and Google is the key to being resourceful.
Personally if I wanted to build a motorcycle, I would attend a school.
See second link.

Best book out there that I know of is by Timothy Remus. Here’s a link. You can find it on Amazon.com also.
